Rockville, MD; July 25, 2011 - BROOKMAN, LLC was awarded the contract to provide an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and IP PBX to support the ERMC Care Center, Heidelberg Health Center, in Heidelberg, Germany. The ERMC Care Call Center provides a central point of contact and care for US Military, their dependents and Veterans in the region. BROOKMAN’s Access-to-Care solution is built on the “all-in-one” Customer Interaction Center(CIC) from Interactive Intelligence.
