BROOKMAN Wins European Region Medical Command (ERMC) Care Call Center Award

Rockville, MD; July 25, 2011  - BROOKMAN, LLC was awarded the contract to provide an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and IP PBX to support the ERMC Care Center, Heidelberg Health Center, in Heidelberg, Germany. The ERMC Care Call Center provides a central point of contact and care for US Military, their dependents and Veterans in the region. BROOKMAN’s Access-to-Care solution is built on the “all-in-one” Customer Interaction Center(CIC) from Interactive Intelligence. The solutions capabilities include:

• Contact Center – multichannel services
       o Interactive Voice Response for self-service
       o ACD to access live service
       o Automated Customer Survey to measure customer satisfaction
       o Automated messaging for individual and group communications
• Enterprise IP PBX – voice, messaging, fax and more
       o Central and/or remote call center personnel
• Business Process Automation – capture, prioritize, route, escalate and track business processes
