About the T4 Program
This program consists of a multiple award contract vehicle to provide a comprehensive, worldwide solution to support both VA and non-VA customers with a ceiling value of $12 billion. The T4 contract is similar to, but not a direct follow-on to Global Information Technology Support Services (GITSS), which was approximately $3 billion. The engagement, procured out of the VA’s TAC, offers an opportunity for multiple prime and subcontractors to provide a broad range of services and products to transform the VA’s IT programs. “T4 is a major tool in the transformation of VA into a 21st Century organization,” said Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric K. Shinseki. “These contracts will enable VA to acquire services for information technology programs that will help ensure timely delivery of healthcare and benefits to our Veterans.”
